The perfect finish for fly rods, light and medium spin rods, pack rods, and in all cases where a large bulky buildup on the rod windings is objectionable.

The perfect finish for any rod subject to constant sun and weather. An excellent coating for wood reel seats.

LS Supreme is the final product in the evolvement of the LS series of rod finishes. It amounts to the cutting edge, the advanced state of the art of rod finishes. The LS series improved, as the technology behind its development, evolved to the present state of the art.

LS Supreme is a medium viscosity system, completely self leveling on the most complex of wraps. It is totally bubble free without the use of heat. It is resistant to Ultra Violet deterioration, and is non-yellowing in the most severe sunlight conditions.

LS Supreme has a very long working life, in excess of 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes in some conditions, yet it will cure tack free in 4 to 6 hours at normal room temperatures. It will penetrate and completely wet out 2 layers of thread.

LS Supreme cures with great clarity. It stays remarkably clear indefinitely. It will never become brittle and will remain flexible forever. It is truly the epitome of rod finishes.

Dura Gloss LS Supreme "Hi-Build" - is a dual purpose polymer. It can be used on light fly rod wraps, and is equally proficient on heavy trolling wraps. With 100% solids, consisting of an highly refined epoxy resin and a specially formulated cycloaliphatic amine hardener.

LS "Hi-Build" is designed to be a one coat rod finish regardless of the size and type of wrap. The end result is a tough and flexible coating.

POLYURETHANE ARBORS

U-40 ROD BOND ADHESIVE

Polyurethane is an ideal material for arboring reel seats because it is lightweight and highly sensitive - increasing "feel" and transferring bites and strikes through the handle. The semi-porous polyurethane material absorbs epoxy glue quite well and ensures a strong bond with the rod blank and reel seat. Available to fit most common sizes of reel seats, these arbors all include a 1/4" pilot hole which can be easily reamed or drilled out to fit any rod blank. Sold individually.

Arbor Sizing

The rod builders adhesive designed by a rod builder engineer for rod builders. A two-part, tough, durable yet flexible epoxy adhesive, made specifically for fishing rods and the unique applications that rod building requires.

Usage of this remarkable product is limited only by the rod builder's imagination. It can be molded or machined, drilled and tapped. Color can be added for special effect.

For handles; cork and synthetic, this adhesive acts as a lubricant so the handle can be precisely placed into its proper location.

MASTER ONE THREAD FINISH

U40 BRUSH CLEANER SOLVENT

is a unique one-part epoxy finish designed to combat the damaging effects of UV light, keeping your thread wraps tight and bright! ThreadMaster ONE is water-based and ready to apply straight out of the package - no mixing, shaking or stirring required!

Guidelines for ThreadMaster ONE Application Unlike standard 2-part epoxy finishes, ThreadMaster ONE is a water-based, one-part finish, and these guidelines will help you get the best finished results. DO NOT USE FLAME IT HAS NO EFFECT Use straight from the bottle, there is no need to mix DO NOT SHAKE OR STIR! Observations showed negligible thread color changes after applying ThreadMaster ONE. Apply in temperatures above 67�F, any lower will greatly increase drying time The warmer, the better. This is not a Color Preserver, so use CP if necessary in your particular thread application. Since this is a water-based finish, after it is applied the finish will dry and shrink slightly compared to its original application. It is generally recommended that the first coat just soak the thread with no buildup at all to help prevent any bubbles that might occur with thicker coats, so wick off any extra. If CP is used, then this step can be skipped. The 2nd coat can be thicker to account for the slight shrinkage once it dries. 2 coats can achieve adequate buildup, but you definitely will in 3 coats. For physical application to thread wraps, apply in the same manor you would a 2-part epoxy. Turn on your rod dryer Depending on the room temperature, allow at least 3 hours between each coat. If any bubbles, the best ways to remove them include blowing them out with a thin straw, and using a toothpick, etc. to poke them out FLAME WILL NOT WORK! Allow at least 72 hours for full cure, but in cooler temperatures allow more time accordingly. Thank you for trying ThreadMaster One!

Brushes can be dipped in Brush Cleaner, then squeezed dry onto a paper towel. If desired, brushes may be left standing in the solvent.

To help ease the epoxy mixing woes, we have paired the CRB Syringes and the self sealing bottle caps together!

The CRB syringes come in 3cc or 10cc sizes so no job is too big or small to make sure you get the correct 50/50 mixture. As the ultimate compliement to your syringes the self sealing bottle caps help get the most out of your epoxy by fitting tightly inside the epoxy finish bottle while accepting both size syringes to allow you to draw the proper amount of finish.

When not using your syringes or finish, the syringes can remain in the self sealing caps to keep your work bench neat and clean.

CRB ABRASIVE CUTTING GRIT

Product Details

CRB Abrasive Cutting Grit can be used to make your own reamers or to repair your current grit reamers. Simply apply 2-Part epoxy such to your reamer stock and lightly pour grit over the epoxy. Once dry you have a ready to use reamer to bore out Cork or EVA grips. Available in Medium (24 grit) or Coarse (16 grit). Sold in approximately 1 lbs. bags and can produce on average 10-12 reamers.

Cork Seal is designed to seal the surface of cork rod handles.

It prevents the penetration of soils and other foreign matter transferred to the grip area from the fisherman's hands.

It enhances that "cork feel." It toughens the cork to aid in the prevention of sloughing and chipping of the cork surface.

Cork Seal soaks into the cork and seals in depth. Once it is dry, dirt, grime, salmon egg residue are easily washed off with soap and water. (2 oz.)
